This new release comes up with a couple of new features. Developers can delete all comments in an Excel worksheet and apply Microsoft Excel 2007 themes and color. Delete Comments in an Excel WorksheetUsing [comments][5] API you can delete all comments in a worksheet. This API also allows you to get all comments from a worksheet. Please check these help topics for more information.
Support Microsoft Excel 2007 Themes and ColorsThe [cellStyle][6] API now also supports Microsoft Excel 2007 Themes and Colors. Using this API you can update Cells’ Style in a worksheet and also get Cell’s Style information from a worksheet. Please check these help topics for more information.
An enhancement is made for Convert featureThe [Convert][7] API allows you to convert Spreadsheet to a number of different formats (e.g., text, html, pdf, tiff). This API accepts Spreadsheet Document and Save Options data in the request body and return converted the document in API’s response. Please check these help topics for more information

Please use [SaveAs][8] API, if you first want to upload a file to Cloud Storage and just want to pass filename in API request.
Import Data API now supports both Cloud file and Request fileImport Data API allows you to import data from an external file into a worksheet. You have both the options, to send data file in request body or to upload it to Cloud Storage. Please check these help topics for more information.
New resource parameters are added in Copy Worksheet APIThis API allows you to copy a worksheet and save with new name in the same workbook. Now you specify more Copy Options like CopyNames, ExtendToAdjacentRange and ReferToSheetWithSameName. Please check these help topic for an example
